You will find links to our tuition information and enrollment form below. For new students, to begin enrollment, please submit an enrollment form. When you click "ONLINE Enrollment Form", you will be prompted to create an account in our school app. Please follow the directions to complete the form. Or click and print the "PRINT Enrollment Form" if you prefer to fill out a printed copy. Printed enrollment forms can be emailed to us or dropped off at the school.
